Been thinking lately about my bucket list lately. Or at least, what I think qualifies as a bucket list.

Don't ask me why; it's honestly hard to say. I've just been thinking is all. Outside of getting a job as a teacher, there's stuff I really, really want to accomplish.

In order to confirm something for my boss, I had to double-check the dates and times of the summer class I'm taking this July.  It turns out that the first day of class is on JULY EFFING FIRST.

M'kay. This is CANADA DAY we're talking about here. Canada Day. As in a statutory holiday.

And not just the done-classes kind either. I don't have to set foot on campus until the new year, and I don't need to do any academic-type thinking for a while either.

(There is the whole issue with my Children's Literature class having a waitlist, and my being on it, but I'm doing my best not to think about that right now.)

December 5th is the last day of classes for me.

After that, it's a few final exams (nothing that I can't handle after the crap this semester put me through), and then I don't have to think about anything academic for over a month.
